Small Group Sessions

Price
The more you play, the less you pay:
- Individual session: $90
- 5-pack: $85/session
- 10-pack: $79/session
- 20-pack: $69/session
Each session has no more than 10 athletes allowing for our lead coaches to give each athlete individualized attention.

Schedule
Small Group Sessions run weekly throughout the year and rotate days/locations based upon gym availability.

Positions
Small Group Sessions are designed to be a semi-private training environment with our Bay to Bay lead coaches.
Each coach has a position specialty that makes them uniquely equipped to run that training session!

What to expect:
Bay to Bay Small Groups are designed for club experienced athletes that are looking to get more hands on training to accelerate their training. Athletes can expect:
- A technical approach to training where the skills are broken down
- High repetition drills that ensure athletes are getting to put the feedback into practice
- Individualized attention from a professional and position specific coach

PIN HITTERS
Dominate every facet of the game
Pin hitter small groups are divided by grade level and focus on developing four main areas of expertise:
Attacking: range, shot selection, tempo, footwork, arm swing mechanics
Passing: platform mechanics, overhead reception, general ball control, top spin vs. float
Serving: bringing pace, depth changes, situational awareness, top spin vs. float
Defense: blocking footwork, body positioning, defensive posture, beat the ball don't meet the ball

SETTERS
Location, location, location
Setters small group features highly technical training that overviews:
Hand placement
Footwork & rhythm
Deceptive mechanics
Out of system setting

MIDDLE BLOCKERS
Be a force at the net
Middle Blocker small groups are specifically designed to increase players efficiency in one of the hardest positions to master. Our middles cover:
Blocking footwork & eyework
Transition footwork
Varied routes: 1's, 3's, pop, floats, etc
Block Schemes: front row setter, backrow setter, zero backrow threat, etc.

LIBEROS
The last line of defense
Libero small groups focus on developing three main areas of expertise:
Passing: platform mechanics, overhead reception, general ball control, top spin vs. float, pre-serve communication
Serving: bringing pace, depth changes, situational awareness, top spin vs. float
Defense: body positioning, defensive posture, beat the ball don't meet the ball, organizing your backrow
